Reference : FXB-A15003 Gasoline Engine Electronic Control System Training Panel
The FXB-A15003 training panel is designed for studying, understanding and diagnosing gasoline engine electronic control systems. Based on actual components from the engine management system of a Volkswagen Jetta 1.6L, it enables trainees to study system architecture, operating principles and the interactions between sensors, actuators and the engine electronic control unit (ECU).
Suitable for technical schools, vocational training centers and automotive training institutions, this training panel supports electrical measurements, component signal analysis and practical fault diagnosis using a compatible automotive diagnostic tool.
Volkswagen Jetta 1.6L
The FXB-A15003 training panel uses actual components from the electronic engine management system of a Volkswagen Jetta 1.6L to demonstrate its structure, operation and electronic engine control principles.
It enables trainees to study key system functions, including ignition control, fuel pump operation and fuel injection management. The equipment is intended for automotive technology, electronic engine management, maintenance and diagnostic training in secondary and higher education institutions, vocational training centers and specialized training organizations.
1. Real and Operational Engine Control System
The panel incorporates an operational electronic engine control system that can simulate crankshaft rotation and demonstrate the main stages of system operation, including spark plug ignition, fuel pump operation and injector control.
2. Durable Training Panel
The training panel is manufactured from aluminum-plastic composite board with a minimum thickness of 4 mm. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the panel offers resistance to corrosion, impact and contamination, as well as fire- and moisture-resistant properties.
The surface receives a special treatment and primer coating. A permanent-color electrical wiring diagram and operating principle diagram are printed on the panel and protected by a transparent coating. These visual references help trainees identify components, analyze circuits and understand the operation of the electronic engine management system.
3. Measurement and Signal Analysis Terminals
Measurement terminals are provided on the panel for testing electronic engine control system components. Trainees can measure resistance, voltage and current and examine electrical signals using suitable instruments, including a multimeter and an oscilloscope.
4. Automotive Diagnostic Interface
The training panel is equipped with a diagnostic socket for connection to a compatible automotive diagnostic tool. This interface allows users to read and clear engine management fault codes, subject to the functions supported by the ECU and the diagnostic tool used.
5. Mobile Frame and Work Surface
The base frame is made of steel with a painted finish. It is fitted with lockable casters to facilitate movement and provide stability during training sessions.
A work surface of approximately 40 cm² is provided for placing documents and small testing instruments.
6. Electrical Supply and Protection
The panel operates from a 220 Vac mains supply and does not require a rechargeable automotive battery. An internal circuit converts the input supply to a 12 Vdc operating voltage. The manufacturer indicates that the power supply circuit includes short-circuit protection.
7. Operating Language
The interface language can be set to English or customized according to requirements, subject to confirmation of the available options with the manufacturer.
8. Training Documentation
The equipment is supplied with an English user manual covering the equipment overview, operating procedures, fault configuration and troubleshooting methods. The manual supports instructors and trainees during practical training activities.
9. Wireless Fault Simulation and Assessment System
A wireless fault-setting and assessment system enables instructors to select simulated faults using a tablet computer. Trainees are then required to identify the faults and perform the appropriate diagnostic procedures.
This feature supports skills assessment, progress monitoring and the development of practical automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
10. Compliance
The manufacturer states that the equipment complies with ISO and CE standards. The applicable standards and supporting conformity documentation should be verified in the technical documents supplied with the equipment.
