Festo Didactic training systems are designed with a high level of modularity, enabling the creation of progressive learning pathways. Users can start with basic electro-pneumatics training and advance to higher-level applications, or expand into related fields such as electro-hydraulics.

All components included in the equipment sets can also be ordered individually, providing maximum flexibility for developing customized training solutions.



Quick and Easy Installation

Quick-Fix System

The Quick-Fix system allows components to be mounted quickly and securely onto profile plates and Learnline workstation columns. This ensures efficient and user-friendly setup.

Electrical units are installed side by side within the ER frame. In addition, standardized profile slots accommodate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical modules, ensuring long-term investment efficiency.

Optimized Storage and Organization

Most equipment sets are supplied with practical storage trays compatible with Systainer systems. These trays fit seamlessly into workstation drawers.

Clearly labeled components with standardized symbols facilitate correct connections, faster assembly, and easy circuit monitoring. After use, components can be quickly returned to their designated positions.



Safe and Simple Connections

Safety is a top priority: all electrical components are equipped with 4 mm safety sockets or plugs. Pneumatic power is supplied באמצעות flexible plastic tubing connected via Quick Star (QS) push-in fittings.

This system minimizes the need for consumables and tools, simplifying daily operation.

Basic systems can be expanded with additional modules such as pneumatic measurement and control (TP 210) or vacuum technology (TP 230), enabling structured and progressive skill enhancement.

General Description

This oil-lubricated compressor is characterized by its exceptionally quiet operation, with a noise level of only 45 dB(A). It is ideally suited for use in educational environments, such as classrooms and laboratories. The unit is equipped with a pressure regulator and a water separator, ensuring a clean and stable air supply.
