Référence : FXB-A01014 Direct-Injection Gasoline Engine Training Bench

The FXB-A01014 training bench is an educational system designed to study and diagnose electronically controlled direct-injection gasoline engines. Based on the EA211 1.4 T engine, it allows users to simulate different engine operating conditions and analyze the parameters of its control systems.

Designed for technical schools, vocational training centers, and automotive maintenance training institutions, this equipment supports hands-on learning in modern gasoline engine operation, electronic diagnostics, and fault-finding procedures.

Training Applications

The FXB-A01014 training bench is suitable for practical training in the following areas:

  • Study of direct-injection gasoline engine operation.
  • Analysis of electronic engine management systems.
  • Identification and study of sensors and actuators.
  • Electrical parameter measurement and signal analysis.
  • Use of automotive diagnostic scanners.
  • Reading, interpreting, and clearing diagnostic trouble codes.
  • Fault-finding exercises and practical skills assessment.

The FXB-A01014 training bench is developed around an EA211 1.4 T gasoline engine equipped with an electronic engine management system. It allows users to reproduce key engine operating conditions, including starting, acceleration, and deceleration, to demonstrate the engine's structure, operating principles, and interactions between its main components.

This equipment is intended for automotive technology, engine maintenance, and electronic vehicle diagnostics training. It helps students connect theoretical knowledge with practical exercises performed on real engine systems.

Features and Training Equipment

1. Real Engine and Electronic Control System

The training bench incorporates an operational electronically controlled gasoline engine, allowing students to study engine construction, operating cycles, and the main components of the fuel injection and electronic control systems.

2. Training Panel and Technical Diagrams

The training panel is made of aluminum-plastic composite material with a minimum thickness of 4 mm. It offers resistance to corrosion, impact, moisture, and fire. Its surface is specially treated and coated with primer.

Electrical circuit diagrams and system operating diagrams are printed on the panel and protected by a transparent coating. Students can use these diagrams alongside the actual components to study and analyze the electronic engine management system.

3. Instrumentation and Parameter Monitoring

The bench is equipped with a dashboard, a fuel level indicator, and a vacuum/pressure gauge. These instruments allow users to observe changes in operating parameters, including engine speed, fuel injection pressure, and intake manifold pressure, subject to the measurement capabilities of the equipment.

4. Test Terminals and Signal Analysis

Test terminals are provided for measuring and analyzing electrical signals from sensors, actuators, and engine control unit (ECU) pins. Measurements may include resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and electrical waveforms, depending on the circuit being tested.

5. Electronic Diagnostic System

A 16-pin diagnostic connector allows users to connect a compatible automotive diagnostic scanner. The system supports reading and clearing fault codes and retrieving live data from the engine electronic control system.

6. Acceleration and Deceleration Control

An accelerator control device allows users to vary engine speed and study the response of the electronic engine management system during acceleration and deceleration.

7. Safety Features

The training bench includes a main power switch and protective devices, including protection for the coolant reservoir and flywheel, helping improve safety during practical training sessions.

8. Durable Mobile Frame

The supporting frame is made of steel with a painted finish. Lockable castors facilitate movement and help keep the training bench stable during use.

9. Customizable Operating Language

The equipment can be configured in English or another language upon request, subject to availability.

10. User and Training Manual

An English-language user manual is supplied. It covers equipment introduction, operating procedures, fault configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting methods.

11. Wireless Fault Simulation and Assessment System

The training bench features a wireless fault-setting and assessment system. Instructors can use a tablet to configure faults and ask students to identify and diagnose them.

This system helps instructors assess student progress, evaluate practical skills, and improve troubleshooting and automotive diagnostic capabilities.
