El Eslèk specializes in the sale of measurement equipment, training benches, and related services (hereinafter referred to as “Products”).

By Customer, we mean any adult individual or legal entity acting for personal or professional purposes in compliance with applicable law.

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern all orders of Products placed with El Eslèk, including order procedures, payment, delivery, and potential returns. By placing an order, the Customer expressly and unconditionally accepts these GTS, which prevail over any conflicting terms not explicitly approved by El Eslèk.

1. Commercial Policy

  • Products sold by El Eslèk are intended exclusively for its Customers. Any re-exportation requires prior authorization from El Eslèk and/or its suppliers.
  • El Eslèk reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet the Customer definition or that conflict with its commercial policy or that of its suppliers.
  • El Eslèk may modify these GTS at any time. The applicable GTS are those in effect at the date of the Customer’s order.
  • For legal reference, please consult the Tunisian Commercial Code published by the Official Printing Office of the Tunisian Republic.

2. Product Information

  • Products offered are those listed on the website and partner catalogs.
  • Descriptions and photos are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from delivered Products (color, dimensions, finish).
  • Any technical or typographical errors cannot hold El Eslèk liable.

3. Ordering

  • Customers must request a pro-forma invoice via the website form, email, mail, or phone.
  • Orders are confirmed after technical details are clarified and a purchase order is issued.
  • Payment must be completed according to agreed terms to finalize the order.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are indicative only.
  • El Eslèk is not responsible for delays due to transportation or logistics.
  • If a Product becomes permanently unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered to the Customer.

5. Payment

  • Local corporate / public institution Customers: payment following invoice issuance and delivery note signing.
  • Private Customers: payment upon invoice receipt.
  • Retention of title: Products remain the property of El Eslèk until full payment is received.

6. Delivery

  • Products may be collected by the Customer or delivered by El Eslèk, but transportation is at the Customer’s risk.
  • Transport insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Warranty

  • Unless otherwise stated, Products are covered by a one-year warranty from the delivery date.
  • Technical Products may include specific warranty conditions.
  • Shipping costs related to warranty claims are borne by the Customer.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by improper use.

8. Liability

  • El Eslèk distributes Products from recognized manufacturers and does not manufacture Products itself.
  • Within the limits of applicable law, El Eslèk disclaims liability for direct or indirect damages related to the Products.

9. Force Majeure

  • El Eslèk is not liable for failure to meet contractual obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, strikes, technical failures, or any unforeseeable event preventing proper execution of orders.
