El Eslèk SARL specializes in the distribution of test and measurement equipment, educational training systems, scientific instruments, technical solutions, and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”).
The term “Customer” refers to any adult individual or legal entity acting for professional, institutional, or personal purposes in accordance with applicable Tunisian law.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed with El Eslèk and define the terms relating to ordering, payment, delivery, warranty, and return of Products.
By placing an order, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions, which prevail over any other purchasing terms unless expressly agreed in writing by El Eslèk.

1. Commercial Policy
The Products offered by El Eslèk are intended exclusively for its end customers. Any re-export or resale may require prior authorization from El Eslèk and/or its partner suppliers and manufacturers.
El Eslèk reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with its commercial policy, applicable regulations, or the conditions imposed by its partners and manufacturers.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. The applicable version shall be the one in force on the date the order is confirmed.
For legal references, Customers are invited to consult the Tunisian Commercial Code published by the Official Printing Office of the Republic of Tunisia.
2. Product Characteristics
The Products offered are those presented on El Eslèk’s website and in the catalogs and documentation provided by its partners and manufacturers.
Photographs, illustrations, technical descriptions, and dimensions are provided for informational purposes only and are non-contractual. Minor differences may exist between the displayed visuals and the delivered Products.
Any typographical, technical, or unintentional error shall not engage the liability of El Eslèk.
3. Orders
All orders must be preceded by a quotation or proforma invoice request submitted through the website, by email, mail, or telephone.
An order becomes final after:
- Validation of technical and commercial specifications;
- Issuance of a purchase order or written confirmation;
- Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions;
- Payment according to the agreed terms.
El Eslèk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of incomplete information, payment disputes, or non-compliant requests.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on El Eslèk’s website are indicated either excluding or including taxes, depending on the information provided, and are valid for immediate payment.
For public or private tenders, prices may be increased by 10% to 15% depending on the administrative, technical, financial, or logistical constraints associated with the tender.
El Eslèk reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Applicable prices are those confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and depend on manufacturer availability, transportation conditions, and customs procedures.
El Eslèk shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control, including those related to carriers, suppliers, or exceptional circumstances.
In the event of permanent unavailability of an ordered Product, El Eslèk may offer an equivalent product or refund any amounts already paid, where applicable.
6. Payment
For companies, administrations, and public institutions, payment may be processed according to agreed administrative procedures after invoicing and delivery document signature.
For private customers, payment is due according to the terms specified on the quotation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made within the agreed deadlines.
In accordance with applicable laws, ownership of the Products remains with El Eslèk until full payment of all outstanding amounts has been received.
7. Delivery and Transportation
Products may either be collected directly by the Customer or shipped by El Eslèk.
Transportation is carried out at the Customer’s risk, even when shipment is arranged by El Eslèk.
Customers are strongly advised to subscribe to appropriate transport insurance coverage.
Any claim relating to delivery or package condition must be made immediately to the carrier and reported to El Eslèk as soon as possible.
8. Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, Products are covered by a commercial warranty of twelve (12) months from the delivery date.
Certain technical equipment may be subject to specific warranty conditions defined by the manufacturer.
Shipping costs related to warranty returns or repairs remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Consumable items;
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or incorrect installation;
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
9. Liability
El Eslèk acts solely as a distributor and does not manufacture the Products sold.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, El Eslèk shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Products, including business interruption, data loss, or intangible damages.
10. Force Majeure
El Eslèk shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control.
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, fires, floods, labor disputes, strikes, shortages, technical failures, logistical disruptions, administrative decisions, or any unforeseeable event preventing the normal execution of orders.
