The IT5100 Series is a high-precision, high-resolution, and high-speed battery internal resistance tester designed for demanding production and inspection environments.

Utilizing advanced AC 4-terminal sensing technology, the IT5100 simultaneously measures internal resistance and voltage with exceptional accuracy. It achieves a resistance resolution down to 0.1 μΩ and a voltage resolution of 10 μV, ensuring highly reliable test results.

With built-in statistical analysis and USB storage capability, the IT5100 supports long-term data recording when connected to an external USB drive. The integrated comparator function automatically determines whether battery parameters meet preset standards and calculates pass/fail rates, making it ideal for battery sorting and quality inspection applications.

Equipped with standard USB and LAN interfaces supporting the SCPI protocol, the IT5100 ensures seamless integration into automated test systems.

The IT5102 model supports 16-channel battery measurement per unit, with master-slave expansion up to 17 units and a maximum of 272 channels, significantly improving production testing efficiency.

The IT5100 Series is widely used in testing and sorting of mobile phone lithium batteries, electric vehicle battery packs, UPS systems, and other energy storage applications.
