Référence : FXB-A17003 Euro 6 Diesel Engine Training Bench

The FXB-A17003 training bench is designed for practical training in the operation, diagnostics, and maintenance of turbocharged diesel engines incorporating Euro 6 emissions-control technologies. Based on a four-stroke, four-cylinder inline engine with a maximum displacement of 2,000 cc, it enables trainees to study electronic engine management and exhaust after-treatment systems.

Equipped with electrical measurement terminals, an OBD-II diagnostic interface, and an intelligent fault simulation and assessment system, this training bench is suitable for technical schools, specialized institutes, and vocational training centers providing automotive mechanics and diagnostic training.

Training Applications

  • Study of electronically controlled turbocharged diesel engines.
  • Training in electronic diagnostics and engine signal analysis.
  • Study of sensors, actuators, and engine management strategies.
  • Understanding EGR, DPF, and SCR systems.
  • Analysis of exhaust emissions-reduction technologies.
  • Practical fault-finding and troubleshooting exercises.
  • Training in the maintenance of modern diesel engines and their emissions-control systems.

1. Product Overview

The FXB-A17003 training bench is developed around a turbocharged diesel engine incorporating emissions-control technologies associated with Euro 6 engines. Based on a Great Wall 4D20M-type engine, it features a maximum displacement of 2,000 cc, a four-cylinder inline configuration with vertically arranged cylinders, a four-stroke operating cycle, liquid cooling, and belt-driven valve timing.

The equipment allows trainees to simulate different engine operating phases, including starting, acceleration, and deceleration. It supports the study of engine structure, electronic engine management, and the interactions between the fuel injection system, sensors, actuators, and exhaust emissions-control components.

This training bench is intended for secondary and higher education institutions, technical institutes, and vocational training centers offering courses in automotive mechanics, electronic diagnostics, and modern diesel engine maintenance.
