Reference : FXB-I02002 Automatic Automotive Air Conditioning Training Bench

Vehicle Application: Volkswagen Passat

The FXB-I02002 training bench is designed for the study, demonstration, and diagnosis of automatic automotive air conditioning systems incorporating heating and cooling functions. Based on an operational automotive air conditioning system, it enables trainees to analyze refrigeration circuits, control components, and the electronic air conditioning control unit.

Equipped with pressure gauges, thermometers, electrical measurement terminals, and a fault simulation system, this training bench allows trainees to measure pressure, temperature, and electrical signals, as well as perform diagnostic exercises, leak detection, and refrigeration circuit servicing activities. It is suitable for technical education institutions, vocational training centers, and laboratories specializing in automotive maintenance.

Educational Functions

  • Study of the architecture and operating principles of automatic automotive air conditioning systems.
  • Understanding of heating, cooling, and cabin temperature regulation principles.
  • Analysis of compressor operation and high-pressure and low-pressure refrigeration circuits.
  • Measurement and interpretation of refrigeration circuit pressures and temperatures.
  • Measurement and analysis of electrical signals at the air conditioning control unit terminals.
  • Study of the effects of refrigerant charge, engine cooling fan operation, ambient temperature, and cabin temperature.
  • Fault simulation and practical diagnostic and troubleshooting exercises.
  • Training in inspection, maintenance, and leak detection procedures.

The FXB-I02002 training bench is designed for theoretical and practical training in automatic automotive air conditioning systems with heating and cooling functions.
