The IT6600C Series is a new-generation graphical bidirectional programmable DC power supply designed for high-performance testing applications. Featuring a modern touchscreen interface and intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), it simplifies parameter configuration and waveform editing, improving both efficiency and user experience.

Built on advanced third-generation SiC (Silicon Carbide) technology, a single 3U unit delivers up to 21 kW per channel in a dual-channel configuration. When the two independent channels are connected in series or parallel, total output power can reach 42 kW. Thanks to its wide output range, one IT6600C unit can replace 3 to 5 conventional power supplies, making it ideal for applications requiring high voltage or high current.

More than just a power supply, the IT6600C also functions as a high-performance electronic load. It can both source DC power and operate as a regenerative DC electronic load, absorbing energy and feeding clean power back into the grid for energy recycling.

The IT6600C Series delivers a new level of performance for complex high-power testing in industries such as automotive, energy storage, industrial systems, and renewable energy, providing reliable support for R&D, validation, and production environments.

2-in-1 Integrated Design

The IT6600C seamlessly integrates a bidirectional power supply and a regenerative electronic load into a single unit, enabling continuous current sourcing and sinking.

  • As a power supply, it provides stable and precise output.
  • As a regenerative load, it can absorb up to 100% of the rated current.

In “Load Only” mode, the system supports CR, CC, and CW operating modes, offering enhanced flexibility for diverse testing requirements.

This integrated design not only saves valuable rack space but also significantly reduces energy consumption and operational costs.

Independent Dual-Channel Operation

A single 3U unit of the IT6600C provides dual channels, each capable of delivering up to 21 kW.

Each channel features fully independent isolation, control, and measurement capabilities:

  • Channel 1 (Ch1) can operate as a power source
  • Channel 2 (Ch2) can operate as a load

Effectively functioning as two independent units, the channels may also be connected in series or parallel to extend the output range and accommodate a wide variety of test scenarios.
