Cost-Effective and Multifunctional MSO
The MSO-2000EA series consists of mixed-signal oscilloscopes offering a flexible configuration: 2 analog channels + 16 digital channels or 4 analog channels + 16 digital channels. Each MSO-2000EA model integrates a 16-channel logic analyzer and a dual-channel 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, meeting advanced testing and diagnostic requirements.
The product range supports bandwidths of 100 MHz or 200 MHz. Both the 2-channel and 4-channel analog models provide a maximum real-time sampling rate of 1 GSa/s. Featuring an 8-inch TFT LCD display (800 × 480) and a minimum vertical sensitivity of 1 mV/div, the MSO-2000EA series enables precise analysis of weak and complex signals with clear and detailed waveform visualization.

Deep Memory and Advanced Waveform Analysis
For analog channels, the MSO-2000EA series provides a maximum memory depth of up to 10 Mpts, allowing comprehensive waveform capture and detailed analysis. Depending on application requirements, users can select from multiple memory depths: 1 kpts, 10 kpts, 100 kpts, 1 Mpts, or 10 Mpts.
Short memory depth combined with a high sampling rate is ideal for observing fast transient events, while long memory depth supports analysis of signals over extended time periods. The MSO-2000EA series integrates advanced waveform search functions and segmented memory, maximizing the efficiency of long-memory utilization and expanding application possibilities.
The segmented memory can be divided into up to 29,000 segments, allowing the oscilloscope to ignore irrelevant events and quickly isolate target waveforms. Only meaningful waveforms are stored, enabling immediate display of signals of interest. Additionally, waveform search functions allow users to rapidly locate signals based on defined trigger conditions, significantly improving analysis efficiency.
16-Channel Logic Analyzer and Bus Analysis
The 16-channel logic analyzer offers a memory depth of 10 Mpts per channel, enabling capture of longer and more complex digital signals with clear and detailed visualization. A minimum input voltage of ±250 mV ensures high sensitivity on digital channels, providing reliable detection even for low-amplitude signals.
Standard triggering and decoding functions support a wide range of serial and parallel buses, including I²C, SPI, UART (RS-232/422/485), as well as CAN and LIN buses for automotive applications. Parallel bus analysis is supported exclusively on digital channels. Real-time bus triggering and decoding greatly simplify analysis and debugging of complex systems.

Dual-Channel Arbitrary Waveform Generator
In addition to the 16-channel logic analyzer, the MSO-2000EA integrates a dual-channel 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator with advanced modulation capabilities. It features 14-bit vertical resolution and a 200 MSa/s sampling rate, ensuring high signal generation accuracy.
The generator supports five standard output waveforms—sine, square, pulse, ramp, DC, and noise—as well as seven user-defined waveforms, including sine, Gaussian, Lorentzian, exponential rise, exponential fall, haversine, and cardiac waveforms.

Dual Channel Arbitrary Waveform Generator
Advanced AM, FM, and FSK modulation, combined with sweep functionality, provides exceptional flexibility for generating complex signals. With its intuitive and user-friendly interface, the MSO-2000EA is an ideal solution for circuit simulation, design validation, and educational applications.
