Description

GOM-804/805 feature a 3.5-inch TFT display with up to 50,000 counts and rapid sampling at 60 readings per second. The 0.05% precision, four-wire measurement, and temperature compensation make them ideal for low-resistance applications.

The GOM-805 includes additional features such as Dry circuit and multiple drive modes for diverse materials. Dedicated function and direction keys enhance operational convenience and speed.

Advanced Features

A. Faster Measurement Without Sacrificing Resolution

Two measurement speeds: Fast (60 readings/sec) and Slow (10 readings/sec). Resolution remains maximum regardless of speed.

B. Dry Circuit Test (GOM-805 Only)

Limits test voltage and current to prevent damage to contact surfaces. Three Dry circuit levels: 500 mΩ / 100 mA, 5 Ω / 10 mA, 50 Ω / 1 mA.

C. Various Drive Modes (GOM-805 Only)

DC+, DC-, Pulsed, and PWM modes reduce thermal EMF effects and avoid resistance variation for temperature-sensitive materials. DC modes ideal for inductive components.

D. Standard Interfaces for Control & Communication

Composite D-sub 25-pin interface for Handler, Scan, EXT IO. RS-232C, USB, and GPIB interfaces (GOM-804 optional, GOM-805 standard). Command compatibility with GOM-802 ensures smooth transition from older models.
