TE-130 – Liquid Heating Engineering Training System

Reference : TE-130 - Liquid Heating Engineering Training System
The TE-130 training system is designed for the study of heat transfer processes in liquids for university laboratories, engineering education, and technical training centers. The equipment enables students and researchers to perform practical experiments related to thermal and fluid dynamics processes using real-time measurements and data analysis.
Educational Applications and Laboratory Experiments
The system allows the following laboratory studies and practical experiments:
- Determination of the heat capacity of a liquid by heating a flowing liquid stream.
- Determination of liquid viscosity at different temperatures according to laminar flow theory.
- Determination of the heat transfer coefficient during fluid flow inside a pipe.
- Analysis of the transferred thermal power in a “pipe-in-pipe” heat exchanger according to different heat carrier flow arrangements.
- Determination of the transferred thermal power of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
- Study of the characteristics of an air-to-water or air-to-air heat exchanger.
