Safe High-Voltage Measurement Solutions

THDP0100 and P5210A Models

These models offer the largest differential dynamic range in the lineup, enabling safe measurements up to ±6000 V. The THDP0100 supports bandwidths up to 100 MHz and slew rates up to 2'500 V/ns at 1/1000 gain.

They are supplied with two hook tip sizes and include both visual and audible overrange indicators to ensure safe operation.

THDP0200 and P5205A Models

These active differential probes can safely measure differential voltages up to ±1'500 V. They are particularly effective for IGBT-based circuits such as motor drives and power converters.

The THDP0200 supports bandwidths up to 200 MHz and slew rates up to 275 V/ns at 1/250 gain.

TMDP0200 and P5202A Models

Designed for medium-voltage applications, these probes support differential measurements up to ±750 V. They feature lower attenuation ranges, providing improved signal-to-noise ratio for enhanced measurement accuracy.

P5200A Model

Compatible with any oscilloscope, this probe enables safe measurement of floating circuits while using a grounded oscilloscope.

It converts floating signals into low-voltage ground-referenced signals for safe and easy display on standard oscilloscopes.

Important Safety Notice

Warning: Do not use the P5200A High-voltage Differential Probe with oscilloscopes that have floating (isolated) inputs, such as TPS2000 and THS3000 Series oscilloscopes. This probe requires a grounded-input oscilloscope.

Connectivity

Available Interfaces

  • BNC interface (P5200A probes)
  • TekVPI® interface (TMDP and THDP Series)
  • TekProbe® interface (P5202A, P5205A, and P5210A Series)

Connectivity Features

TMDP and THDP Series probes feature the TekVPI® interface, enabling smart communication with the oscilloscope. A dedicated button provides direct access to the probe control menu on the oscilloscope display.

These probes operate seamlessly with TekVPI® oscilloscopes without requiring additional adapters.

The P52xxA Series probes use the TekProbe® interface to communicate scaling information automatically. They can be connected directly to compatible oscilloscopes or used with the 1103 TekProbe® Power Supply for extended compatibility.
