The Noustest NT-D5500 series muffle furnaces are designed to provide reliable performance and long-term operation in laboratory environments. They are particularly suitable for testing and applications requiring controlled high-temperature heating, including applications involving construction materials.

The series includes several models with maximum operating temperatures ranging from 1,100 °C to 1,600 °C, providing solutions for a wide range of laboratory requirements. The maximum temperature can be reached in approximately 65 minutes.

Design and Technical Features

Noustest muffle furnaces are equipped with a digital electronic temperature control system using PID feedback control. This system provides accurate and stable temperature regulation throughout the testing process.

Samples are loaded through the front door. The vertically adjustable, upward-opening insulated door helps protect the operator from direct exposure to high températures during operation.

The furnaces feature a double-wall construction that reduces heat transfer to the outer casing and helps maintain a lower external surface temperature.



Safety and Ease of Use

For enhanced operator safety, the furnace is equipped with a safety circuit breaker that disconnects the power supply when the door is opened. The heating system also automatically switches off when the programmed temperature is reached.

The front control panel provides convenient access to the operating controls and digital display, allowing the user to easily set, monitor and control the furnace parameters.

A gas exhaust vent, connected to the inner chamber, is located on the rear of the furnace to facilitate the evacuation of fumes and gases generated during certain laboratory applications.
