General-Purpose Laboratory Oven

General-purpose laboratory ovens are designed for drying and testing materials such as soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt mixtures.

Samples are typically dried at temperatures ranging from 60°C to 200°C, with the most commonly used temperature range being 100°C to 110°C.

Available Capacities

This range of laboratory ovens is available in several capacities to meet different laboratory requirements:

  • 50 liters
  • 120 liters
  • 250 liters
  • 500 liters
  • 700 liters

Standards

TS EN 932-5, 1097-5, ASTM C127, C136, BS 1377:1

Construction and Design

All models feature a double-wall construction with thermal insulation between the walls. The interior is made of stainless steel, while the exterior features an electrostatically protected finish for enhanced durability.

Convection and Temperature Control

The ovens are equipped with a convection system to ensure uniform air circulation throughout the chamber.

Depending on the model, temperature control is provided by an analog or digital thermostat with temperature display.

Temperature Range

Temperature can be controlled from ambient temperature up to 200°C. A maximum temperature of 250°C is available as an option.

Applications

The NT-D5920 is particularly suitable for laboratory drying and testing applications involving construction materials, soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt mixtures.
